Actos Lawsuit Filed By Wright & Schulte on Behalf of Ohio Man Alleges Extended Use of Type-2 Diabetes Drug Caused Him to Develop Bladder Cancer

The Actos lawsuit lawyers at Wright & Schulte LLC have recently filed an Actos lawsuit on behalf of an Ohio man. This #Actos lawsuit (Case No. 2013L005092, Consolidated Case No. 2011 L 10011) was filed on May 16, 2013 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois and names Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the defendant. According to the complaint, this Actos lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff’s use of Actos diabetes medication for more than 12 months led to him developing bladder cancer and that Takeda knew of the risks of Actos bladder cancer and failed to warn the public about these risks.
