Accuray's CFO to Present at B. Riley & Company Ninth Annual Investor Conference

SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY), a global leader in the field of radiosurgery, announced today that its senior vice president and chief financial officer, Robert E. McNamara, is scheduled to present at the B. Riley & Company Ninth Annual Investor Conference at the Palms Casino & Resort in Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. PDT (11:00 a.m. EDT).

A live webcast of the presentation will be available online from the investor relations page of the Company's Web site at http://www.accuray.com. The webcast replay of the presentation will begin approximately one hour after the conclusion of the live presentation and will be available for approximately 30 days.

The CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery System is the world's only robotic radiosurgery system designed to treat tumors anywhere in the body non- invasively.
