Accuray Incorporated's CEO to Present at Morgan Stanley 2008 Global Healthcare Unplugged Conference

SUNNYVALE, Calif., April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY), a global leader in the field of radiosurgery, announced today that its president and chief executive officer, Euan S. Thomson, Ph.D., is scheduled to present at the Morgan Stanley 2008 Global Healthcare Unplugged Conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne, Florida on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 11:20 a.m. PDT (2:20 p.m. EDT).

A live webcast of the presentation will be available online from the investor relations page of the Company's Web site at http://www.accuray.com. The webcast replay of the presentation will begin approximately one hour after the conclusion of the live presentation and will be available for approximately 30 days.

The CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery System is the world's only robotic radiosurgery system designed to treat tumors anywhere in the body non- invasively. Using continual image guidance technology and computer controlled robotic mobility, the CyberKnife System automatically tracks, detects and corrects for tumor and patient movement in real-time throughout the treatment.
