Leading Clinical Research Center Announces State-of-the-Art Overnight Facility

Garden City, NY (PRWEB) May 7, 2010 - Accumed Research Associates recently announced their continued growth by providing sleep study as well as overnight phase I and bioequivalence capabilities. Accumed, a leading clinical trials facility in Garden City, NY, now offers opportunities for all phases of clinical research with a well-equipped, state-of-the-art overnight facility for conducting clinical trials.

With more than nine years experience in all phases of clinical research studies, Dr. Mitchell Efros explained, “We wanted to become a complete research site and be able to deliver data in all aspects and phases of clinical trial research.” Dr Efros continued, “We expanded to include phase 1 and bioequivalence studies and are able to provide five associated physicians, two Nurse Practitioners as well as a Physician Assistant for our studies.”

Accumed has an extensive research database. Three research coordinators have more than16 years of combined research experience and support staff includes a data manager and regulatory specialist.

Many sponsors as well as contract research organizations (CRO’s) have utilized the expertise of Accumed and Dr. Efros for future direction and consultation. Accumed has over enrolled in more than 90% of recent trials conducted and has been the top enroller in a number of studies with enrollment performance status consistently at more than 95%.

Dr. Efros founded Accumed in 2001 and has successfully conducted more than 100 clinical trials.
