Accomplished San Diego Dermatologists Nominated for Three ‘Best of San Diego’ 2013 Awards
Date:6/13/2013

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) June 13, 2013

With the annual U-T Reader’s ”San Diego’s Best” poll now in full swing, GBFG&F Cosmetic Laser Dermatology is pleased to announce nominations for both Dr. Mitchel Goldman and Dr. Kimberly Butterwick in the best cosmetic surgeon category in addition to a third nomination for best cosmetic surgery group for all of GBFG&F. As Dr. Butterwick explains, receiving accolades in the form of a nomination for the award is an honor in and of itself.

“It is a privilege just to be nominated. Because these particular awards are voted on entirely by actual patients in the San Diego community, it’s a very humbling experience,” said Kimberly Butterwick, MD, a highly respected board-certified dermatologist and diplomat of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery who co-founded GBFG&F Cosmetic Laser Dermatology.

The ”San Diego’s Best” awards are comprised of more than 150 categories which allow members of the community to vote on different people, products, and services across varying topics ranging from best food to top doctor. Mitchel P. Goldman, MD Medical Director and co-founder of GBFG&F and President-Elect of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (representing over 5,600 Dermatologic Surgeons) explains that the nominations for such awards always come as a pleasant surprise.

“As a dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon in San Diego, you always want the services you’re providing to patients to be exactly what they’ve hoped for and that you’re helping them to look and feel their best. To receive a nomination such as this is very rewarding,” said Dr. Goldman, board certified dermatologist in San Diego and diplomat of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

Voting for the awards will take place via U-T’s online ”San Diego’s Best” poll and conclude July 7th, 2013. Those wishing to cast their vote may do so up to once per day until the contest ends. Winners of all awards will be announced August 25th, 2013.
