(PRWEB) January 15, 2009 -- AccessRx.com today launched several new sections of helpful consumer information on its revamped website. AccessRx has provided tens of thousands of online customers with brand-name, FDA-approved prescription drugs since 1998.

An abundance of new features, such as a customer care center and learning center, have been added.

The new learning center includes:

In addition:
  • New overviews for each product category, such as sexual health and hair loss, are provided.
  • The Entertainment Section has been augmented.
  • A new Press Release Section has been added.

"AccessRx invests a lot of effort in providing useful information, and an interactive environment, for consumers," said Rich Bernstein, marketing director for AccessRx. "We want our customers to be educated. We provide more than medications, we provide answers. Our informed online customers appreciate this benefit. We just conducted a Urologist Survey regarding erectile dysfunction & treatments, which took responses from 17 urologists around the country."

The AccessRx.com overhaul, in addition to providing new content, was also performed to create a more open, simple, organized and visually appealing website. Customers can now more easily log-in, find medications, order items and proceed to check-out.

Also, the redesign brings a more interactive approach for AccessRx.com. The new blog will invite users to participate; and the website is also creating a community atmosphere for its visitors, who will be able to take part in social media networks such as Twitter, Flickr, YouTube and more, with AccessRx.com.

"AccessRx is an innovative leader within the online pharmacy industry when it comes to providing its visitors with interactive opportunities and social media outlets," said Bernstein. "No other online pharmacy currently provides such an atmosphere for consumers."
