Access eForms Welcomes Vice President of Professional Services Accelerating Its Customer Experience Improvement Plans

Access eForms (Access), is very pleased to announce that healthcare veteran Rob True has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Professional Services. True’s responsibilities will include furthering the Access vision of a world-class customer service experience, leading the Professional Services team, and providing invaluable executive leadership throughout the company.

Rob brings over 25 years of Services and Business Development leadership experience to Access. Prior to joining Access, True gained extensive industry expertise growing and leading high-performance Services and Business Development teams in North America and ground-breaking Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) programs.
