or all sales, relationship management, marketing, communications and educational functions as they related to the retirement needs of Fortune 500 corporations.

From 1987 to 1996, Mr. McDermott was a Partner in Business Development at Hewitt Associates, where he was responsible for sales and business development in disciplines such as benefits outsourcing and compensation services.

Mr. McDermott began his career with Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Villanova University.
