NEW YORK, Dec. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Every New Year, Americans make resolutions to be healthier. Some want to lose weight by exercising and eating better. Others plan to start going to the doctor for annual check-ups or to start taking their medicine more regularly. Nearly 47 million uninsured Americans, however, lack access to health services, making it difficult to maintain good health and care for serious illnesses.
