NEW YORK, March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, or NAELA, is urging Congressional passage of The Elder Justice Act to help protect seniors. A NAELA survey found that twenty percent of Americans aged 35 and older had experienced elder abuse -- whether financial, physical or emotional -- directed at themselves or their parents.
