Austin, Texas (PRWEB) May 10, 2009 -- AMPM, Inc. is pleased to announce a long-term contract to provide medical billing services for the Seton Family of Hospitals Community Health Centers in Austin, Texas.

Seton's Health Centers provide accessible, comprehensive health services to medically underserved families in Austin. AMPM will manage the revenue cycle for clinic services billed through Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP programs.

Seton's Jim Thomas, Director of Operations for the Community Health Centers, said AMPM is ideally suited to partner with Seton in this venture because of AMPM's service mentality. "They understand our commitment to quality care and excellent service and we share the same values in that regard. AMPM has a great reputation in the Austin community and they were able to provide an affordable medical billing solution that met our needs."

AMPM's practice management software solution, along with their experience in multi-specialty billing, were other key factors in Seton's decision to partner with AMPM, said Thomas.

"We appreciate Seton's dedication and commitment to the community," said Kathy Campbell, President and CEO of AMPM, Inc. "We are truly honored to be assisting Seton as they provide services to the medically underserved in the Austin area."

Keeping Austin children healthy is the primary mission of the Seton Health Centers, as well as improving patient health through a team approach to preventative care and health education. Primary-care physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide quality primary care to community residents who are eligible for the centers' services.

The Health Centers serviced by AMPM include Seton McCarthy Community Health Center in downtown Austin, Seton Kozmetsky Community Health Center in south-central Austin and Seton Topfer Community Health Center in north Austin.
