This year's entries were evaluated by a panel of community judges including: Robin Aniboli (Ocean Health Initiatives); Kathy Gonzalez (Arc of Ocean); Diana Mejia (Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health) and Catherine Werner (St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church).
