AMERIGROUP Corporation to Host Investor Day

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Aug. 24, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AMERIGROUP Corporation (NYSE: AGP) will host an Investor Day on Friday, September 18, 2009. The event will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City. The Company will webcast the presentations with the AMERIGROUP management team, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

To access the broadcast, listeners should go to the investors' page of the Company's Web site, www.amerigroupcorp.com, approximately 10 minutes prior to the event.
