AIM Health Group Inc. announces stock option award

TORONTO, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - AIM Health Group Inc. ("AIM" or the "Company") (TSXV - AHG), a fully integrated health care company, announced today that it has awarded an aggregate of 650,000 stock options to its four recently appointed officers and directors. The options, which are exercisable at $0.23 each, vest over three years and expire on December 7, 2014.
