Date:1/10/2014

Columbus, OH (PRWEB) January 10, 2014

ADVOCATE, the premier provider of radiology revenue cycle management services nationwide, announces today that they have been awarded the exclusive billing agreement with Drs. Hill & Thomas Co. in Cleveland, OH.

ADVOCATE will deliver a full range of billing services encompassing their proprietary suite of billing process software functionality called Experience Based Technology (EBT). EBT improves radiology billing and data quality consistency by ensuring a timely, accurate, and consistent workflow which results in consistently higher revenue. The EBT workflow process ensures every radiology service is processed accurately, consistently and timely.

Drs. Hill & Thomas will also take advantage of AIMS (ADVOCATE Information Management System). AIMS is a comprehensive business intelligence tool that provides real time monitoring of every step of the billing process all day, every day. AIMS displays key performance benchmarks for all aspects of the billing process, compared to budgeted productivity and collections to deliver transparent revenue optimization. AIMS can even correct variations on the fly ensuring consistent revenue for radiology practices.

“We evaluated several national billing firms when we decided to outsource our billing operations. After a thorough evaluation, ADVOCATE was the clear choice for us because of their 100% focus on radiology, experienced team of professionals, technology and history of seamless transitions in the radiology community. We are very happy with our decision and look forward to continuing a long term partnership with ADVOCATE in the many years ahead,” said John Gilliland, CEO of Drs. Hill & Thomas.

In 1908, Dr. Walter C. Hill and Dr. George F. Thomas united to further the use of the x-ray as a way of supporting their colleagues in the practice of medicine. They called their organization of radiologists Drs. Hill & Thomas Co. Since then, Drs. Hill & Thomas Co. has grown to become one of Northeastern Ohio's largest and most respected independently owned radiology groups.

Today, Drs. Hill & Thomas Co. is staffed with over 20 radiologists—all certified by the American Board of Radiology and with various sub-specialties. In addition, through their state-of-the-art teleradiology technology, they offer professional services catered to the needs of each client.

“ADVOCATE is very pleased to partner with Drs. Hill and Thomas Co. We are confident in our abilities to provide the technology and service the group deserves. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellence and we look forward to a long, successful relationship with Drs. Hill & Thomas,” said Kirk Reinitz, President/CEO of ADVOCATE.
