ADAMS Performs Management Services for University Hospitals' $600 Million Expansion/Renovation Program in Cleveland, OH

ATLANTA, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- ADAMS Management Services Corporation (ADAMS) announced today that they have been performing program management services for University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio with a target completion date of 2010. "This program totaling several hundred million dollars will allow University Hospitals to expand their facilities and offer enhanced healthcare, while also allowing them to provide further research capabilities for medical studies," said Walt Adams, President/CEO of ADAMS.

An academic medical center, University Hospitals is an affiliate of Case Western Reserve University, and is one of the leading academic medical centers in the country. ADAMS was selected based on their successful track record of managing large medical facility development programs, and for their collaborative approach to leading and facilitating projects of this magnitude.

ADAMS will continue to manage capital construction programs for the hospital's Vision 2010, a $600 million expansion and renovation program. Vision 2010 includes projects on the hospital's Main Campus (Emergency Department, Parking Garage, NICU, Cancer Center and Enabling Projects), as well as work at their Ahuja Medical Center campus. All phases of the program are scheduled for completion in 2010.
