ACS is 'Best in KLAS' for Healthcare Financial Implementation Services for Second Consecutive Year

DALLAS, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The business unit specializing in healthcare services at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (NYSE: ACS), has been awarded the highest ranking in a national survey for the second consecutive year.

ACS Healthcare Solutions received the first place award for its work in the Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation category for the 2008 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services report, issued by healthcare market research firm KLAS.

"This ranking validates ACS Healthcare Solutions' depth of expertise and commitment to improving the financial performance of our clients' organizations," said David Bywater, managing director, ACS Healthcare Solutions. Overall, ACS was ranked among the top five professional service firms in the KLAS report. KLAS is an independent firm that helps healthcare providers make informed technology decisions by monitoring and measuring the delivery of information technology to healthcare organizations.
