Date:3/18/2008

MINNEAPOLIS, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- ACM, one of the country's leading healthcare benefits management companies, and Massachusetts-based Tufts Associated Health Plans, Inc. today announced a new agreement that will focus on bringing improved efficiencies and pricing precision to medical pharmacy infusion services provided by Tufts Health Plan.

"For over a decade, ACM's e-Precision Claims(SM) technology has been helping clients build cost-containment strategies for all types of products and services paid under both the medical and pharmacy benefit. We are very pleased that the power of this robust system of software and services can contribute to Tufts Health Plan's initiative to improve the company's overall performance in the infusion arena and to bring accuracy and consistency to their claims management processes," said ACM Chief Executive Officer David J. McLean, Ph.D.

With features that include ACM's proprietary drug pricing methodology, contract administration, documentation management, and reporting, e-Precision Claims will provide Tufts Health Plan with a hosted, web-based application plus user-configuration and maintenance, connectivity and EDI capabilities, training and help desk support, and automated edits.

ACM will begin providing services to Tufts Health Plan and its 635,000 members on April 1, 2008.
