The ABRA Marathon Cup is a fundraiser supporting the sports and recreation programs of Courage Center. Golfers play 100 holes of golf during the event. Prior to the event each golfer is challenged to raise at least $2,500 in pledges. Players of all skill levels are welcome, from beginners to serious golfers. If you cannot play, you can still participate by raising pledges for someone who is golfing.

The Tournament Players Club of the Twin Cities opened as a private member club in June of 2000. The 18-hole championship course was designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer along with Minnesota native and PGA Tour player consultant Tom Lehman. The course features natural prairie grasses, rolling fairways, and 27 bodies of open water.

There is a maximum of only 60 players on the course, so play moves at a quick pace. Each player has his or her own cart and faster teams play around. Most players hit two balls on each hole, some play three balls on a par 3.
