ABR-Affinity BioReagents Expands 100% Quality Guarantee

DENVER and GOLDEN, Colo., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ABR-Affinity BioReagents, a leading global antibody manufacturer, strengthens researcher confidence with an expanded 100% Quality Guarantee.

Launched in 2003, the ABR-Affinity BioReagents Quality Pledge was established to bolster confidence in research antibodies. Antibodies are considered by many to be the building blocks of early-stage life science research and drug discovery. "Our Quality Guarantee Program was begun as a response to the frustration expressed by many of our scientific research partners", said Ken Wilczek, President of ABR-Affinity BioReagents. "We created a safety net for customers who may have limited resources. The response within the life science community has been overwhelmingly positive for over 5 years now."

One of the few antibody companies promoting this type of comprehensive guarantee, ABR stands firmly behind it. If an ABR product does not perform as specified on the product data sheet, ABR will completely refund or replace the full value of the product.

Today, ABR has announced the Innovator's Program to further advance quality in antibodies. If an ABR product does not perform in a previously untested or undocumented application or species, ABR will refund 80% of the purchase price. "Often a researcher requires a reagent for use with a particular species or in a specific application in which the product is untested. ABR's Innovator's Program is an opportunity to apply existing products to innovative models in a shared-risk environment. This offers the researcher the financial flexibility to think outside of the box," explains Mr. Wilczek.
