ABR -- Affinity BioReagents Announces Launch of New Website

DENVER and GOLDEN, Colo., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- ABR -- Affinity BioReagents, a leading global antibody manufacturer, announced today the launch of its new website at http://www.bioreagents.com.

Re-launched with the life sciences researcher in mind, ABR's website features several enhancements which combine to make the customer's experience on the site pleasant, effective and hassle-free. According to Ken Wilczek, President of ABR, "We solicited feedback from customers, both internal and external, with the express intention of making ABR's website as user-friendly as possible". This lengthy process involved surveying selected business partners and collaborative scientific partners, as well as a random sampling of customers placing orders over a six-month period. Continued Mr. Wilczek, "Without this type of intensive feedback we would be designing the site for ourselves, which would defeat our mission of always striving for excellence in customer service."

ABR -- Affinity BioReagents' newly launched website features a greatly improved search function, a streamlined shopping cart with customer login, and a completely new look. "When customers visit our site, we aim to provide them with an intuitive experience that doesn't involve any guessing about any aspect. It is our hope that we have achieved this with the new http://www.bioreagents.com," Mr. Wilczek commented today. Search response times are now significantly faster, and the product data information is organized more effectively and is accessible by multiple means. The whole site is designed specifically to aid the scientific researcher in locating the information he or she needs in a fraction of the time it used to take.
