'Your Medicines and You' Event Provides Free Pharmacist Reviews of Rx - Serves to Help Manage Medications, Prevent Fatal Mistakes

What: Medication errors are one of the leading causes of death for individuals over the age of 65. That's why AARP and Walgreens are teaming up this Thursday to help people better manage their medications and prevent dangerous errors. At the "Your Medicines and You" free medication review event, consumers are encouraged to bring their prescriptions and their questions to get the facts from pharmacists and help prevent life-threatening medication errors.
