A second victim comes forward in the sexual assault charges filed against Dr. Mike Adam.
Date:6/20/2012

Santa Ana, CA (PRWEB) June 20, 2012

Court records show that another Orange County woman has now filed another lawsuit against Dr. Mike Adam, a veterinarian with offices located in Yorba Linda, California, alleging sexual misconduct.

The original lawsuit (Jones v. Adam, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2011-00458048) was filed by the victim's lawyer, Alex Galindo of the law offices of Curd, Galindo & Smith, LLP. Court documents indicate that the woman was sexually assaulted at Dr. Adam's clinic while she was in a treatment room with her pet. Dr. Adam denies the allegations; however, he was charged criminally by the Orange County District Attorney's Office, Orange County Superior Court/North District Case No.: 11NM13417 and Dr. Adam plead guilty to one count of Penal Code section 647(a) lewd conduct in a public place.

Superior Court records show that a second victim has now come forward and has joined in a second lawsuit against Dr. Adam. She has filed a separate action in the case entitled Daiello v. Adams, DVM Orange County Superior Court Case No.: 30-2011-00519875.

Any one who has been sexually assaulted or has knowledge of such acts by Dr. Adam is asked to call attorney Alex Galindo at 800-300-2300.
