Opening in mid July,Fit of Bluffton, is Bluffton, South Carolina’s newest fitness center. Fit of Bluffton will offer total body workouts with a variety of classes, including barre, boot camps, cycling and more.

The ‘fit’ in Fit of Bluffton stands for Functional Interval Training (FIT). FIT is a group training program that provides the same benefits and results as having a personal trainer. The focuses of the training are on strength, core, endurance and weight loss.

Fit of Bluffton specializes in these fitness classes and will offer several one-hour classes that will train the whole body. Their facilities are outfitted with the best equipment and amenities to help members reach their unique fitness goals. They have a staff that is willing and able to provide members with individualized attention.

Their barre classes will allow members to stretch, warm up and strengthen muscles. The purposes of barre classes are to improve flexibility, increase extension or to strengthen feet. Fit of Bluffton’s boot camps are designed to focus on cardio, strength and agility. These intense, yet fun, classes will produce results. Their cycling classes, commonly known as spinning, will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.
