CHANDLER, Ariz., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- January is almost over and many people have already given up on their resolutions. In the spirit of the Holidays, the Phoenix Quest Center is offering the community a 60-day free course in martial arts training and goal development. This course is a great opportunity to help participants start off the New Year with positive momentum and support, as well as offering them valuable skills in dealing with social conflicts of all sorts.
The Quest Center teaches its students how to deal with realistic situations including physical violence, verbal and mental bullying, as well as how to deal with their own inner barriers and roadblocks in a supportive, yet challenging environment.
This program is available to students starting at age 5 and is great for men, women and children of all physical conditions and abilities. The program itself is non-competitive, choosing to focus on self-defense, personal development, fitness and conflict resolution rather than on trophies and competitions. The eligibility for this offer will run through the month of February 2010.
Michael Stinson, owner and Senior Instructor of the Phoenix Quest Center has this to say: "The past few years have been very challenging for all of us. It has been a scary, disjointed and difficult time. When I look at all that the martial arts has done for my life and my family I just want to share it with everyone that I meet. I wanted to create the opportunity for everyone within range of my message to experience a piece of what I have seen is possible since beginning my own personal journey. Come on down and discover what you are capable of!"
