54-Year-Old Psychology Teacher Loses 155 Pounds In 10 Months By Applying His Own Teachings To Himself

ERIE, Pa., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Jordan Lapides, a 54-year-old teacher of Spirituality Psychology and founder of The Freedom Foundation For Weight Loss And Spiritual Development in Pennsylvania, was recently challenged by one of his students to apply his own Spiritual Teachings to his weight problem. Lapides took up the challenge and lost over 150 pounds in 10 months. Lapides' unique story has sparked a media frenzy. He has appeared on television, radio and in magazines where he elaborated on his teachings.

The main interest lies in Jordan's remarkable ability to combine his Spiritual principals directly to the weight loss. He states, "These principals can be utilized by anybody who simply puts them into practice." The concept of combining Spirituality with weight loss is untapped territory just waiting to be discovered. This is why he's generating so much publicity and interest from the media.

Mr. Lapides states, "Virtually every human being on Earth is overweight in some way or another." While weight loss is important, what sets Lapides apart is that while most Spiritual teachers present wonderful Spiritual principals, Mr. Lapides takes it further by actually teaching his students exactly how to apply these principals to their daily lives in a very practical way.
