24 Hour Fitness Supports The Biggest Loser for Sixth Consecutive Season

proud to continue its partnership with The Biggest Loser for the sixth consecutive season," said Tony Wells, chief marketing officer for 24 Hour Fitness. "Our personal trainer's home visits that we added this season are another great way for us to support the show's contestants. 24 Hour Fitness looks forward to helping people change their lives on and off the show, as well as inside and outside of our clubs."

Other 24 Hour Fitness-supported highlights for season six of The Biggest Loser season include:

-- During the season premiere, contestants are introduced to the bodybugg(R) calorie management system, which first debuted during season four. The bodybugg(R) has played a vital role in helping previous contestants stay on track to reach their fitness goals.

-- One episode will feature a 24 Hour Fitness personal trainer who makes a visit to one of the families at home.

-- One of the show's trainers will train contestants after a challenge at a 24 Hour Fitness club.

-- Another trainer from the show will lead an 80's-inspired group exercise class at a 24 Hour Fitness club, demonstrating the importance of varying one's workout routine.

-- During another episode, contestants visit New York City and experience a workout at the brand new 24 Hour Fitness Derek Jeter club in Manhattan.

The Biggest Loser two-hour season premiere will air on NBC on Tuesday, September 16 at 8:00 p.m. eastern/pacific and 7:00 p.m. central/mountain. The new Ali Vincent commercials for 24 Hour Fitness will premiere during this episode and can be seen online at http://www.24HourFitness.com.
