1Heart Caregiver Services Director for Business Development and Training Randy Neil Clarito and brain fitness expert Tee Barr conducted a brain fitness education lecture at Victoria Care Center in Ventura City. Activities Director Virginia Ayala and Social Services designee Lily are both appreciative to have their residents and patients attend this brain fitness session.

Research studies have found that cognitive stimulation helps in fighting and slowing down the development of dementia and memory loss. The six essential areas of our cognitive brain that hold information and allow us to give information were clearly articulated by the brain fitness resource speaker Tee Barr.

1Heart Caregiver Services (1Heart CS) decided that Victoria Care Center is a good venue for conducting brain fitness sessions. The brain fitness education lecture is part of 1Heart CS' advocacy on ‘continuing health education’ program. Thousands of seniors and family members gained great insights and learning from all these health education lectures.
