Date:1/13/2013

New York, New York (PRWEB) January 13, 2013

A total of 176 Pradaxa lawsuits have been filed in the federal multidistrict litigation in U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. According to the Madison Record, U.S. District Judge David Herndon, who is overseeing the federal Pradaxa litigation, recently reported that discovery is well underway. The next Status Conference in the Pradaxa litigation is scheduled for Monday, January 14th. (In Re: Pradaxa (Dabigatran Etexilate) Products Liability Litigation – MDL No. 2385)*
