10 Weeks to a Better Body & Better Health With Dr. Ramsey's Health Challenge

PHOENIX, Dec. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Your 10 weeks to a better body & better health begins on January 12th with Dr. Ramsey's 2008 Health Challenge. The kick off for this amazing challenge begins on January 5th at the 'New Vision Center' 9659 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Participating in this life changing challenge is simple; it includes a $25 enrollment fee, simple Bio Impedance Analysis, which is a very simple test that looks at the health of the cells in the body which will allow you to track your improvement; in addition to any supplements, which will be optional. The Challenge which will run through January 12th though March 17th; includes a weekly food plan with shopping list, exercise instructions, meditation, and an abundance of inspiration and encouragement. At the completion of the challenge there will be two prizes awarded; the first place prize being a 7 day cruise with Dr. Ramsey, with the runner up receiving a free food allergy panel, which ranges from $700-$1300. The winner will be determined by the overall health and improvement of the contestant, but in the end everyone's a winner when they have made the decision to make their health top priority.

Theresa Ramsey, N.M.D., part of the Center for Natural Healing, has been in health care all of her adult life. She is a highly regarded Naturopathic physician, lifestyle expert, author, and facilitator. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, and practiced as a Registered Nurse for 10 years in the Open Heart Surgery, Intensive Care, and the Emergency Room settings. Dr. Ramsey went on to become a Licensed Naturopathic Physician, and has maintained a private practice in Paradise Valley, AZ for the last 10 years. An assistant clinical professor and preceptor at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine for six years, and a frequent speaker before naturopathic conventions as well as a popular guest on radio and TV Shows, she has written
