Moving and storage company donates 1,000 bottles of water for cancer
awareness walk
WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- In an effort to raise awareness of breast cancer in the U.S., 1-800-PACK-RAT donated over 1,000 bottles of water and a storage unit during the Annual Walk for Hope to Cure Breast Cancer on Oct. 7.
The event, in which participants could select a 2K or 5K walk or run, took place at the grounds of Cabin John Regional Park, near Washington, D.C. More than 1,000 individuals participated and raised $180,000.
