Date:11/18/2008

QC Sciences, a manufacturer and distributor of innovative, cost-effective medical devices, announces immediate availability of an economical liquid-based cytology system. The NuView System For Non-Gyn Cytology is designed to bring affordable cytology to any size laboratory.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Business Wire EON) November 18, 2008 -- The NuView System does not require expensive or proprietary equipment to achieve a thin-layer cell preparation, unlike traditional liquid-based cytology methods. This reduces the cost to process a specimen by up to 50%.

Aileen Ott, President of QC Sciences, said, "We have received a tremendous amount of interest in the NuView System For Non-Gyn Cytology and are pleased to have the opportunity to provide this much-needed cost-effective alternative for processing liquid-based cytology specimens."
