¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® 10-City Tour Announced by National Alliance for Hispanic Health

Today, the National Alliance for Hispanic Health (the Alliance) announced a new sponsorship with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (BIPI) and Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly). BIPI and Lilly are bringing their Llaves para una major salud (Keys to a Healthier You) diabetes education pavilion to a 10-city tour of the Alliance’s signature ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!®, the nation’s premier family physical activity and healthy lifestyle event series.

“This pavilion will be a fun and interactive way to provide information on how to make movement a daily part of our lives and how to make healthy choices about how we eat and cook. We are pleased to welcome BIPI and Lilly to the ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® family,” said Dr. Jane L. Delgado, President and CEO of the Alliance.

Over 25,000 participants in the 10-city event tour will benefit from the Llaves para una major salud pavilion including music and dance demonstrations, good nutrition stations, and the chance to talk to a certified diabetes educator.

¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® events are free for the whole community. Made possible by over 400 community partners and hundreds of volunteers, ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® events celebrate culture and good health in a fun day for the whole family.

The kick-off ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® event will be held:
