"We feel that these conductive garments will enhance the use of the ReBuilder Electronic stimulator for neuropathy," said David B. Phillips, Ph.D. CEO.

Additionally, Dr. Phillips reports: "We have spent the last 6 months developing our own proprietary silver based socks. The use of silver makes them conductive and makes them impervious to the growth of germs. This prevents infections, especially for diabetics."

Finally, Dr. Phillips told reporters today: "For the next 2 weeks, we are offering these electric socks free with the purchase of the ReBuilder. The ReBuilder is covered by Medicare and most private insurance carriers. At $399, it is a very affordable therapy to eliminate the pain, numbness, burning and tingling of diabetic peripheral neuropathy."
