Description ChartLogic™ is a revolutionary Electronic Medical Office (EMO) truly built for the Urology specialist and customized for the unique needs of your practice. The ChartLogic™ EMO incorporates the benefits of an electronic record system (EMR, EHR, and EPR), and then takes your entire practice to a new level of efficiency and performance. In addition to retrieving and storing your charts electronically, an EMO electronically integrates the complete patient office flow including documentation of patient encounters, information about patients, and billing information. ChartLogic™ also gives you data entry options such as Precision Voice technology to manage the input of information through voice-driven commands.
