Wisconsin can shine in the competitive biotech world, even among the giants

PHILADELPHIA In 1996, the last time the Biotechnology Industry Organization held its international convention in Philadelphia, about 3,700 people attended. A decade later, BIO expects at least 18,000 convention-goers to descend on the City of Brotherly Love.
