Walkaway automation for nucleic acid purification

an be isolated from 6 or 8 samples in just 20 minutes. In addition, sample input volumes and elution volumes are variable, making your experiment more flexible and allowing you to isolate DNA at the optimal concentration for your downstream application. The BioRobot M96 can be used for specialized protocols such as isolation of DNA from dried blood spots, and it provides cost-effective isolation of nucleic acids from small sample volumes (i.e., 50 l). Easy-to-use QIAsoft M Operating System software is optimized for automated purification of nucleic acids, and eliminates the need to learn complex computer languages or command structures.

The BioRobot M-Series provides:
  • A complete solution for walkaway nucleic acid purification
  • Purification of high-quality DNA and RNA ready to use for sensitive downstream applications
  • Flexible sample throughput and a wide range of protocols
  • Cost-effective low- to medium-throughput nucleic acid purification
