WARF says it's ready for a legal challenge on stem cells

Madison, Wis. — Just in case anyone doubts that the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation has both the will and the resources to defend its stem cell patent, Andy Cohn would like to disabuse them of the notion. Cohn, government and public relations manager for WARF, said the foundation, armed with a $1.5 billion endowment, is prepared to take on any legal challenges to its controversia......
