Using the TripleMaster PCR System for Robust Amplification of ,,, GC-Rich DNA Templates

Although the annealing temperature eventually drops to a level where non-specific products are normally formed, the target amplicon has already commenced its exponential amplification and therefore surpases any non-specific products during these cycles.
