Unique DNA Polymerase Formulation Excels in a Broad Range of PCR,,,Applications

ss than 1 kb in length were electrophoresed on 4% agarose/1XTBE gels, while the 17-kb to 48-kb products were resolved on 1% agarose/1XTBE gels using a CHEF DRIII system (Bio-Rad). PCR products were visualized by staining with ethidium bromide, and the gels were imaged using the Eagle Eye II still video system.
