UWM chancellor wants two new research campuses

Milwaukee, Wis. - Long overdue facility improvements are viewed as an enabler of increased research output at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Chancellor Carlos Santiago says he is making a pitch to investors to help finance two new research campuses away from the university's east side Milwaukee campus.
