Sub-Micron Gold Particles Are Superior to Larger Particles for Efficient Biolistic Transformation of Organelles and Some Cells

a biological assay using the particles in bombardment and measuring transient or stable expression. Together, these assays are designed to assure lot-to-lot consistency of gold particles for Biolistic applications.
