    Agencourts Oracle-based LIMS continually monitors sample genealogy and quality parameters from sample submission through data delivery. In tandem, custom bioinformatic software tools perform real-time assessment of pipeline success rates, quality scores, overall signal strengths and read lengths to maintain optimum performance and maximize sequence quality. These proactive quality assessment systems ensure accurate sample tracking and data quality, giving our customers confidence in the integrity of their sequence data.
