SINGLE PASS SEQUENCING

Agencourt offers a single pass sequencing service for high copy number plasmids and PCR amplicons. This service is fueled by our high performance sequencing pipeline, which processes over 20 million Phred20 bases per day. The key benefits we offer our customers are:

  • Long Phred20 read lengths
  • High sequencing pass rates
  • Rapid sample turnaround
  • GLP-compliant facility

  • FULLY-AUTOMATED PIPELINE

SPRI technology, our patented high performance nucleic acid purification chemistry and our intense sample and data tracking are unique features of Agencourts facility. Our efforts to build and maintain a world class GLP-compliant facility have translated into the highest quality data for our clients.

    COMPREHENSIVE SEQUENCING SERVICE

Our single pass sequencing service includes:
    • Plasmid or PCR purification
    • Sequence reaction set up and thermocycling
    • Dye-terminator removal
    • Sequence delineation on an
      ABI PRISM 3700/3730xl
    • Base calling and data compilation
    • Data delivery via a secure FTP site

    UNCOMPROMISED DATA &
    SAMPLE INTEGRITY

Agencourts Oracle-based LIMS continually monitors sample genealogy and quality parameters from sample submission through data delivery. In tandem, custom bioinformatic software tools perform real-time assessment of pipeline success rates, quality scores, overall signal strengths and read lengths to maintain optimum performance and maximize sequence quality. These proactive quality assessment systems ensure accurate sample tracking and data quality, giving our customers confidence in the integrity of their sequence data.

    INDUSTRY LEADING SEQUENCE QUALITY

Clients can expect the highest level of sequencing data quality. Our typical pass rates are greater than 90% and our average Phred20 read lengths are greater than 600 bases.
