    CANCER GENOME ANATOMY PROJECT

  • The goal of CGAP is to analyze gene expression profiles of normal, precancer, and cancer cells in an effort to improve the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. Agencourt is the exclusive provider of SAGE sequencing for CGAP. To date, we have sequenced SAGE libraries derived from over 20 distinct tumor types.
