HIGH QUALITY SEQUENCING RESULTS

Our fully-automated genomic pipeline and SPRI nucleic acid purification technology allow us to process over 20 million Phred20 bases per day. We use this large throughput capacity to rapidly perform SAGE sequencing with industry-leading quality. Our long Phred20 read lengths and high sequencing pass rates allow us to obtain high quality sequence data for approximately 40 SAGE tags or 35 LongSAGE tags per read.
