SAGE & LONGSAGE SEQUENCING

Serial Analysis of Gene Expression (SAGE) is a powerful genome-wide expression profiling technology. Agencourt offers a cost-effective outsourcing solution for sequencing of both SAGE and LongSAGE libraries to make SAGE technology more accessible to researchers. Agencourt's SAGE sequencing service provides our clients with:

  • Rapid turnaround

  • Long Phred20 read lengths

  • Stringent control of sample and data integrity

  • Proven SAGE sequencing experience

  • SAGE SEQUENCING SERVICE

    Our SAGE sequencing service includes:

  • Template purification
  • Sequence reaction set up and thermocycling
  • Dye-terminator removal
  • Sequence delineation on an ABI PRISM 3700/3730xl
  • Data delivery via a secure FTP site
  • HIGH QUALITY SEQUENCING RESULTS

Our fully-automated genomic pipeline and SPRI nucleic acid purification technology allow us to process over 20 million Phred20 bases per day. We use this large throughput capacity to rapidly perform SAGE sequencing with industry-leading quality. Our long Phred20 read lengths and high sequencing pass rates allow us to obtain high quality sequence data for approximately 40 SAGE tags or 35 LongSAGE tags per read.

    PROVEN SAGE EXPERIENCE
Agencourts proven experience in sequencing SAGE libraries sets our service center apart. We perform

sequencing for some of the world's preeminent SAGE research groups and projects, including:
