RedPrairie completes MARC acquisition

Milwaukee, Wis. RedPrairie Corporation has completed its previously announced acquisition of MARC Global Holdings, Inc. and said on Thursday it expects to grow to 738 employees at 21 sites with $172 million in revenue. Almost 90 of those employees are from MARC.

Former MARC CEO Oliver Cooper will have a leadership position within the combined organization, under RedPrairie company......
