The QuickLane research sample sequencing service is powered by Agencourts barcode driven sample tracking system and high performance sequencing pipeline. Simply fill out our online submission form and send us your purified samples in our prebarcoded sample tubes. This process ensures the highest level of sample integrity. Your results will then be rapidly delivered to you via a secure FTP site.

Uncompromised Data & Sample Integrity
By integrating 2D barcoded tubes into our QuickLane service, we can literally track samples from arrival at our loading dock to the delivery of data to our customers using our industry leading laboratory information management system (LIMS). This system provides a complete audit trail for each sample that includes, but is not limited to, tracking of reagent lots and equipment utilized. In addition, samples are prepared using customized robotics, which eliminate human error and sample mix-ups.

Dedicated Project Management
Each customer is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who is a scientific liaison between you and Agencourt. Your Project Manager will work with you to ensure smooth sample submissions and easy data retrieval. Project Managers use our custom bioinformatics software tools to perform real-time assessment of pipeline success rates, quality scores, overall signal strengths and read lengths to maintain optimum performance and maximize sequence quality. The Project Manager stays in constant communication with you to ensure that you have up-to-theminute knowledge of your project.
