QIAfilter Plasmid Kits

clear even large volumes of bacterial lysate with minimal effort (see figure "QIAfilter Mega-Giga Cartridge").

Procedure

Neutralized bacterial lysates are incubated directly in the QIAfilter Cartridge and cleared in seconds by filtration. The filtrate is then applied directly to a QIAGEN-tip for plasmid DNA purification.

Applications

DNA obtained with QIAfilter Plasmid Kits provides excellent results in all applications, from cloning to transfection and automated fluorescent sequencing, including capillary sequencing.
