nd HiFiPLUS Enzyme Blends unique ability to

  • Deliver higher yields
  • Improve accuracy for high-fidelity applications, and
  • Incorporate dUTP to prevent carry-over Contamination
for amplification reactions up to 5 kb.

Expand Long Template PCR System

Expand Long Template PCR System simplifies long and accurate PCR reactions. This optimized enzyme blend and three-buffer set enables PCR products from five to greater than twenty kilobases in length to be produced. Even if Taq were able to amplify such long fragments, Expand Long Template would deliver twice the fidelity and much higher yields.

Expand 20 kbPLUS PCR System

Expand 20 kbPLUS PCR System is a unique enzyme blend containing Taq and Pwo DNA Polymerase and another thermostable enzyme. The system produces extra long PCR products from genomic DNA (>20 kb fragments from human genomic DNA or up to 47 kb fragments from lambda-DNA). The enzyme blend may be used for any application that requires amplification of very long DNA sequences.

FastStart Taq DNA Polymerase

Obtain superior results in routine, multiplex, nested, high-throughput, or complex genomic PCR up to 3 kb with FastStart Polymerase. This modified recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase is inactive at temperatures below 75C but
