Agencourt offers primer walking sequencing of PCR products, plasmid inserts or entire plasmid clones. Simply submit your template in either raw or purified form and we will return to you an assembled consensus sequence. Select from either single stranded coverage for confirmation sequencing or double stranded coverage for publication quality or clone validation purposes.
